Who are we:
REscan Inc., in collaboration with Stanford Research Institute (SRI), has designed and built a scanning helmet and data management system that uses various cameras and sensors to capture data-rich 3D images of internal and external spaces, all from a human point-of-view. One person is capable of scanning 250,000 square feet/hour, providing the ability to scan large spaces quickly. This data is securely stored in the cloud where it can be processed with spatial computing and AI tools to empower decision-makers with unprecedented remote 3D spatial analysis capabilities, all accessible on REscan’s Viewer app. This ability to decouple location, participant and time has many applications for the USAF, particularly during/after the pandemic.
