Who are we:
Jointly Assisted Remote Visual Imaging System, or JARVIS, is a mixed reality solution allowing subject matter experts the ability to assist an inexperienced technician from anywhere in the world remotely. Usually, these situations would lead to the SME flying out to fix the technology, but with JARVIS, this doesn't need to be the case anymore. With the local technician utilizing a Microsoft Hololens(AR), and the SME utilizing a virtual reality headset, the SME can direct the technician with visual cues from where to look to what tool to use. JARVIS can also assist in training, where the instructor fulfills the role of SME, and the student is the inexperienced technician. The instructor could then train his students from anywhere.
