Bounce Imaging and Ghost Robotics are proposing a collaborative effort to equip Ghost’s quad-legged unmanned ground vehicles (Q-UGV) to carry and deploy Bounce Imaging’s ground based 360-degree camera systems. This marriage of two key first responder technologies (robotics and tactical cameras) would allow friendly forces utilizing the Q-UGV to clear a building, and then autonomously deploy 360-degree sensors throughout the objective as persistent surveillance in secured or contested areas. By combining technologies, a solution could be created for the Air Force that would allow an entire building to be cleared by Q-UGV, while simultaneously deploying 4G-LTE connected 360-degree cameras throughout a structure.Click to enlarge
