Elbit America's TORCH C2 application fuses a wide range of commercially available sensors using correlation technology to provide a common operating picture (COP) to an operator. Sensors range from cameras to unmanned sensors & are integrated using industry standards to ensure flexibility & future expandability including individual ATAK users. TORCH provides total situational awareness to BDOC operators thru an automated User eXperience providing harmonized video & intrusion location data, including video archiving. Sensor fusion & correlation identify & maintain Items of Interest tracks while filtering out nuisance false alerts. Advanced machine learning, analytics and automation reduce operator workload & prevent cognitive overload.
