Wingman is a mobile application with a two sided platform that connects experts in different areas of interest with individuals in search of guidance. Based on the user's preferences, this experience can be in person or virtual. By searching and discovering best-fit mentors/mentees through a personalized feed of user profiles, this solution can offer innumerable opportunities to learn and teach. With the use of real-time feedback prompted to users through mentorship sessions, focus can be driven toward problem areas which may have been overlooked and create new plans to address these issues sooner.
