Using disruptive network switching technology, a resilient network infrastructure will be established for the Edge. An Intelligent and resilient Edge network fortress comprising of multiple power, communications and Cyber redundancies to secure continuity of base operations. Sophisticated network switches, deployed to manage all edge devices will provide the resiliency . Capable of operating in harsh of environments, these devices are certified to withstand severe hurricane conditions while maintaining power and communications when the grid is compromised. In Collaboration with Baylor university, this capability will be enhanced with additional back-up communication channels and a unique cyber-security defense for the Edge.Click to enlarge
