This proposal is to put a series of 3D Printing Innovation Centers across a base, as a pilot program. These innovation centers will be linked by a software platform that manages: gatekeeping of users (who can use the printers, and what permissions do they have), remote/wireless 3D Printing, shared designs/folders, allowing users to collaborate/troubleshoot through forums, analytics/reporting, and more.
