Aerospace science and engineering capabilities will be combined with leading edge additive manufacturing for DoD components. Three components will go through the process of model validation, additive technology selection, and prototype printing. Qualified printers, feed stocks, and print files for use worldwide will be the output. The overall goal is developing, testing, validating and deploying additive manufacturing capable parts from a design center to distributed manufacturing worldwide.
