FabSoft DeskConnect automates data capture and distribution from recurrent user-level documents. FabSoft DeskConnect identifies documents, locates the field data to capture and store, distributes the data in accordance with business workflow requirements, and stores the documents to the appropriate system or folder. DeskConnect contains features for document manipulation and structured document approval workflow. The tool relies on an intelligent Machine Learning approach to “train” the system for specific use cases. Users simply "print" a document to a workflow, making it easy to use and adopt.
