We’re ready to design, prototype, test and validate large scale Air Force structures and replacement components. Metal 3D printing has become popular. While metal 3D printing is a powerful method to build parts and even complex parts, most current methods suffer in size, dimensional tolerance and surface finish. The BMA solution advances USAF additive efforts by addressing all of these issues. The work volume is large enough to print a car chassis in one single piece with a 6ft x 12ft work table. BMA has made full scale auto chassis, heavy equipment bracket, DoD vehicle bracket, floating logistics transport, a replacement wrench, a valve handwheel and a battery enclosure for an electric vehicle.
